Shipping Policy

At Obsidian Eyewear, we’re committed to getting your glasses to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

UK Shipping

Free Standard Delivery (2–5 business days)
Tracked Shipping – All orders include tracking

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to offer this in the future though.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we aim for on-time delivery, factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs processing can occasionally cause delays.

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at hello@obsidianeyewear.com within 14 days of ordering, and we’ll make it right.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! We’re unable to cover delays or costs from incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (fees may apply).
