Store credit
Return your eyewear for store credit and take your time finding the perfect pair.
Full refund
If Obsidian Eyewear isn’t for you, return your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@obsidianeyewear.com to initiate your return.
In your email, please include:

The reason for your return
We’ll reply with the return shipping address and full instructions.
Please use your preferred courier to send the item back to us and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Once approved, we’ll refund you automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@obsidianeyewear.com.
Return conditions
Items returned without prior authorisation (i.e., without contacting us first) will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in unused condition, with the original case and packaging.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your eyewear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@obsidianeyewear.com. We'll make it right.
