How do I know which size will fit me?
Each product page includes sizing information: bridge width, lens width, and temple length.

What are your frames made from?
We use high-quality materials including acetate, metal, and sustainable alternatives. Each frame's materials are listed on its product page.
All our lenses are precision-engineered for durability and optical clarity.
How should I care for my glasses?
To keep your glasses in perfect condition:
• Clean with the microfibre cloth provided (never use clothing or paper)
• Rinse under lukewarm water before wiping
• Store in the protective case when not wearing
• Avoid extreme heat and pressure
Your glasses come with a microfibre cloth and case to help with this.
Do you offer a warranty?
All Obsidian glasses come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Damage from normal wear, accidents, or improper care is not covered. If you think your glasses have a defect, get in touch at hello@obsidianeyewear.com

How long will my order take to arrive?
We're proud of our efficient UK-based operations! We offer same-day fulfilment for orders placed before 2 PM, with most UK deliveries arriving within 2-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK as we focus on providing fast, reliable service to our home market. We're actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery options soon. Join our newsletter to stay updated on when we expand shipping to your country!
What is your return policy?
We offer a simple 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your new Obsidian glasses aren't living up to your expectations for any reason, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
All we ask is that you return them in their original condition with all accessories included. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This helps us maintain our commitment to premium quality at accessible prices.
The return process is straightforward:

- The reason for your return
We’ll reply with the return shipping address and full instructions.
Please use your preferred courier to send the item back to us and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
